Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of our team in Dubai, engaging directly with customers and helping them find the products and solutions they need. You'll work in an ONSITE environment where you will serve as a brand ambassador, assisting clients, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
- Proactively engage with customers to determine their needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up to date with current promotions.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, displayed, and presented according to company guidelines.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ONSITE work setting.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- Eligibility to work in Dubai.
Nice to have requirements
- Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Arabic).
- Familiarity with modern retail systems and point-of-sale software.
